Are you shopping for a lender to finance or re-finance your home loan? LOOK NO FURTHER! I have worked with Mario and Jay for several years and have closed loans (refinance) with them around six times for terms ranging from 10 years to 30 years. I shop around for loans and always find that their rates are the best in the market! Please do not go with the lenders that advertise on TV. I don't have anything against them, but their rates (and the cost of loan) aren't the best. I trust Mario and Jay. There are no hidden charges or surprises in the loan charges. Jay will be more than happy to walk you through the fee worksheet and explain all the items so you know what you are getting into. If you get a better deal elsewhere make sure you get the fee worksheet from the other lender and bring it to Jay and he will explain how the other lender is misleading you. I have experienced this. Mario and Jay both communicate well throughout the process and will answer any questions through the closing. To sum it up Direct Lending has the best rate in the market, is trustworthy, and Jay/Mario communicate well. I strongly recommend Direct Lending for your home financing or re-financing needs.
